The items will be shipped to buyer’s address which was offered during order placement ( Please confirm your address before payment. )
We will process the shipment of the selected items within 1-3 days once your payment is completed. You will receive the items within a period of 10 to 25 Business Days after sending the shipment.
The estimated delivery time of the items may be less than 10 days if the customer’s country is either United States Or Russia and in some cases more than 25 days for Brazil, Argentine.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, We will provide you one of the warehouse address where you can send out the Item for further processing. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow at least fifteen (15 -20) business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
