How will my order be shipped?

We are partnered with the best shipping companies. The Official Ferncart partners are: UPS, FedEx, Epacket, DHL.

We may process the shipment using other methods, in both cases you will get by e-mail a code to track your order’s status.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.


How long will my order takes to arrive?
After your order has been processed, we will send out the products after 1-3 business days, after that you will get them within 10-20 business days (varies by location) For USA, the delivery date may be less than 6 days! We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

Defective Product?
If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 15 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Trendy Goods will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
